After spending years tinkering and experimenting, we built a piñon shelling machine! With this technology, you are able to enjoy the pure and unique piñon taste without any of the work. Gently roasted and lightly salted, the distinct piñon flavor comes through with each handful.

Until there is another crop and we are able to purchase more piñon nuts, we are no longer selling them in the raw form. We will update the website when conditions change. We are hopeful for a crop in the fall 2008.
